If I were going to start up a football team at KSU, I'd suggest starting out as I-AA school and join the Southern Conference. Travel and recruiting will be cheap. Ga. So. probably won't like it, though. Then you have a wealth of teams looking for homecoming patsies. And, unlike Buffalo, you can have successful program in I-AA and still get the big bucks.
